Bread is one of the most delicious and popular products that can be made at home from different flours and even without kneading. It's worth noting that you can even make it without flour, replacing it with oatmeal, for example.
Culinary expert Yevhen Kpopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious oatmeal and honey bread without flour, which is very flavorful and light, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 200 g.
- any seeds - 3 tbsp.
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- water - 350 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix oatmeal with seeds, honey, salt, and baking soda.
2. Then add water, stir and let stand for 30 minutes to allow the dough to set and become airy.
3. Put the finished dough into a mold and bake at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.
The bread should have a beautiful golden crust. Cut it when it has cooled down and serve.
