Nuts with condensed milk, like in childhood: making a dessert with margarine
Nuts with condensed milk is one of the most popular desserts from childhood. The recipe is quite simple because the base of the cookies is ordinary shortcrust pastry, which is often used in baking. And together with the filling - condensed milk - it turns out a very tender and soft dessert for tea.
Food blogger Mariia Tyshyk (mariiatishik) shared a simple recipe for the popular dessert of nuts with condensed milk on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- melted margarine - 250 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- sugar - 4 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- biscuit powder - 1\2 tsp.
- flour - 4.5 cups (200 g each)
Filling:
- butter - 100 g
- condensed milk - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix melted margarine, vanilla sugar and sugar.
2. Add eggs and mix.
3. Add the powder to the cookies. Mix well.
4. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. It will be thick in consistency. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Grease a walnut pan with vegetable oil, and put the dough balls in.
6. Bake for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
7. Mix the necessary ingredients for the filling.
8. Form the nuts.
