Nuts with condensed milk is a flavor that many people have known since childhood. This dessert was often prepared by grandmothers for various family celebrations. But such a culinary masterpiece never loses its relevance, and the recipe is only improved.
The idea of making delicious nuts with condensed milk, just like in childhood, was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Kretsul (oksana_kretsul).
Ingredients for the dough (per serving):
- butter - 100 g
- eggs 1 pc
- sugar - 60 g
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons
- vanilla
Ingredients for the cream:
- butter - 160 g
- toffee - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until thick foam.
2. Add the soft butter to the eggs, and then sift in the flour and baking powder a little at a time.
3. Knead the dough until smooth, place in a bag and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
4. Grease the molds with butter and flour.
5. Make small balls from the dough and place them in the molds.
6. Stretch the dough with your fingers into all the shapes.
7. Bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on the oven), at 180 degrees.
8. For the cream, beat the butter with a mixer and add the toffee (cold), beat until smooth.
9. Fill the nuts with the cream, dip in ground nuts.
