On her Facebook page, nutritionist Svitlana Fus named the most useful fall berry that everyone should eat, and it is cranberries.

"These berries contain a lot of nutrients and vitamins, including B (B1, B2, B5, B6), E, K1 (phylloquinone), and C. They also contain 4.8% potassium per 100 g," the nutritionist said.

"Cranberry juice is considered a prophylactic against infectious diseases, and when treated with antibiotics, it enhances their effect," Fus added.
