Nutritionist gives three tips to help you lose weight quickly

American nutritionist Rachel Paul believes that people who want to lose weight can achieve their goals faster if they follow her recommendations.

According to NDTV, Rachel gave three tips that should make the process of losing weight easier.

The first tip

Don't compare yourself to others. Rachel Paul is convinced that each person has individual body capabilities. Everyone has different needs, so the diet or exercises that help your friend, mom, or neighbor lose weight may not be right for you. The rate of weight loss also depends on individual characteristics.

"There's no connection between your body's needs and your best friend's or sister's needs," Paul explained.

The second tip

Do not eat stress. No food can be used as a sedative. Yes, food can give comfort in moments of sadness, but it also prevents you from losing extra pounds.

"Food brings only temporary relief, but it does not solve the problem at all. Instead, take care of yourself in a way that works for the long term," the nutritionist said.

Tip number three

Don't be shy about simple recipes. According to Paul, in some situations, simple and seemingly banal dishes can be very useful. The expert believes that anyone should be able to cook dishes consisting of only three or four ingredients.

"Then it will be easier, more fun, and less tiring to stick to a healthy diet," the doctor said.
