Ingredients:

  • long-grain steamed rice – 1 cup
  • fillet – 300 g
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • seasoning for pilaf – to taste
  • oil, salt, pepper
  • water – 2.5 cups

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the carrots into strips, dice the onion, and fry until soft. Add the chicken fillet, salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is done.

2. Rinse the rice until transparent, add to the vegetables and meat, cover with water, and add pilaf seasoning and grated garlic.
