Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- large potato
- frozen Mexican mixture
- carrot
- onion
- spices: paprika, salt, black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the chicken, changing the water.
2. Add the diced potatoes, after 10 minutes add the frozen Mexican mixture.
3. At the same time, fry carrots and onions in a skillet with olive oil, add paprika and pepper.
4. Throw all this into the soup, and cook until the potatoes are tender.
5. When serving, add sour cream and herbs to the soup if desired.
