Zucchini pancakes are one of the standard summer breakfast dishes. And to diversify their taste, you can add other interesting ingredients.
For example, food blogger Lisa Glinska suggested on Instagram that they be made with cottage cheese. The result is an unusually tasty dish reminiscent of salty syrniki.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 grams
- Zucchini or zucchini - 300-350 g
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Salt
- Dill
- Flour - 100 gr
- Oil - for frying
How to cook
1.Grate the zucchini or zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Add a little salt, stir and leave for a few minutes.
3. Remove the excess juice.
4. Add cottage cheese, egg, dill, salt and flour.
5. Fry the syrniki in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
6. Put them on a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
