You can make kebabs from any meat, including liver, fish, and even pita bread. The most important thing is to marinate the meat well.

A chef shared a recipe for a meat marinade based on Ayran on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 1 kg
  • Onions – 2 pcs
  • Spices: allspice, nutmeg, salt, coriander
  • Ayran – 500 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.

2. Add the chopped onion, and spices, then pour the ayran over everything.

3. Marinate the meat for 8-12 hours, under cling film.

4. Cook on the grill until golden brown.
