Not just salads: how to make young cabbage waffles
It turns out that young cabbage can be used to make not only healthy salads but also something completely different like waffles. This dish will definitely come in handy when you need something quick, tasty, and satisfying. They can be served for breakfast, lunch, or as snacks on their own or with sour cream and various sauces.
Food blogger Yulia (juli_co.ok) shared a recipe for young cabbage waffles, which requires only three main ingredients, on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1\2 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 2 tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Mix cabbage, herbs, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add oil and mix well again.
5. Fry the waffles in a waffle iron.
