For many people, oatmeal is a tasteless gray porridge. Some people, despite the nutritional value of this product, still dare to eat a few spoons of it steamed. But you shouldn't do that, because you can bake oatmeal. It will be very tasty and retain all its benefits.
The idea of cooking baked oatmeal with banana in 5 minutes is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking.
Ingredients:
- 50 g oatmeal
- 50 ml of milk
- half a banana
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp of baking powder
- sugar, sweetener to taste
- chocolate, nuts at will
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients (except nuts and chocolate) in the blender bowl.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into molds and add chocolate or nuts.
4. Put it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until a crust forms.
5. Transfer to a plate and serve with yogurt.
