Eggs can be used to make very tasty, healthy and light breakfast and even snack dishes. It is worth noting that boiled eggs are the healthiest, but only if the yolk remains liquid.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very simple and quick to prepare dish made from eggs - a Japanese salad that can be used to make a healthy sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • mayonnaise or sour cream/greek yogurt
  • sriracha sauce or mustard, chili
  • salt, pepper
  • you can also add dill or green onions
  • avocado
  • bread
  • lemon juice

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs, peel and mash with a fork. Add the sauce, spices and mix.

2. Toast the bread, spread the egg mixture on top, top with the sliced avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
