The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very simple and quick to prepare dish made from eggs - a Japanese salad that can be used to make a healthy sandwich.
Ingredients:
- mayonnaise or sour cream/greek yogurt
- sriracha sauce or mustard, chili
- salt, pepper
- you can also add dill or green onions
- avocado
- bread
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, peel and mash with a fork. Add the sauce, spices and mix.
2. Toast the bread, spread the egg mixture on top, top with the sliced avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
