No smell: how to bake healthy mackerel for dinner
Mackerel can be salted, marinated, baked, stewed, and grilled. To make the fish juicy, marinate it well before cooking.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious baked mackerel with spices and olive oil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of mackerel or other fish
Sauce:
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp of coriander
- 1 tsp of paprika
- a little chili pepper
- 2-3 tsp of olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Sauce: mix spices with oil in a bowl.
2. Peel the fish and make cuts to bring out the flavor of the spices.
3. Brush the fish with spices on both sides, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and cook for 15-17 minutes at 180°C.
