Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage - 1 pc.
Chinese cabbage and minced meat
  • minced beef - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
Bulgur for the dish
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato sauce or juice - 500 ml
Tomato juice
  • bulgur - 50 g
  • tomato paste 100 g + 400 ml water
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
Raw garlic
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Grate onion and add to the minced meat along with the spices and bulgur.

2. Pour boiling water over Chinese cabbage and cut off the white tails.
