No raw eggs: safe homemade mayonnaise in 1 minute

Homemade mayonnaise can be made from raw eggs as well as milk. To make it thick, be sure to add oil. And for a bright flavor, just add spices and lemon juice.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious homemade mayonnaise made from milk, lemon juice, and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml. non-fat regular milk
  • 300 ml. refined sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp. of sugar
  • 0.5 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard without additives
  • 3 tbsp. l. lemon juice

Method of preparation:

1. Pour milk into a jar, add oil, lemon juice and beat with a blender until thick.

2. Add salt, sugar, mustard and beat again.

Store the finished mayonnaise in the refrigerator.
