Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 300 g
  • minced meat - 400 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt/pepper
  • flour for rolling\\breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Combine buckwheat with minced meat and mix well.

2. Add the egg and grate the onion on a fine grater.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Mix well.

5. Put the minced meat in a pile.

6. Tear off a piece and shape into oblong patties.

7. Dredge each cutlet in flour on all sides and fry in enough oil in a well-heated frying pan.
