No need to marinate meat: how to make a delicious kebab from pita bread and minced meat
Pita bread is a very versatile product. You can even make a kebab out of it. You just need to wrap minced meat in it and grill everything.
The idea of making a pita bread kebab was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maria Tegza (mariategza). You don't have to marinate anything.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g (you can use a mix: pork, beef, chicken).
- salt, pepper
- grated hard cheese - 100 g
- lavash (Armenian large rectangles) - 2 sheets
Method of preparation:
1. Put 2 sheets of pita bread on top of each other.
2. Add the minced meat, spread it out.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
4. Roll it up, pressing it well.
5. Cut into 3-4 cm wide pieces.
6. Thread on a skewer. This portion makes 9 pieces.
7. Bake on low heat for 30 minutes, turning constantly.
