- salt, paprika
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 3 cups of water
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the vegetables in butter.
2. Rinse the bulgur and add it to the vegetables, add spices and soy sauce, and mix well.
3. Cook under a lid and over low heat until tender.
