No need to cook: how to cook rice with vegetables deliciously and quickly

Delicious rice with vegetables on the side can be easily prepared in a frying pan – you don't even have to boil it. This rice is very crumbly, flavorful, and cooks much faster.

The recipe for rice with vegetables in a pan was published on one of the cooking blogs (cooking_by_yuliya) on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • favorite vegetables
  • rice
  • butter
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Dice all the vegetables and fry in butter.

2. Drain the rice and add it to the vegetables. Fry lightly until the sides of each cereal are white.

3. Pour water over the rice and vegetables so that it is twice as much as the rice. Cook on low heat under a lid for 20 minutes.

4. The finished rice should be crumbly and flavorful.
