Panna cotta is a very popular and delicious dessert that does not require baking. It is based on a creamy mass, into which you need to pour the appropriate amount of gelatin to make the mass harden. It is also delicious to add coffee.

Way of preparation:

1. Pour a teaspoon of gelatin with water (30 ml) and leave to swell.

2. Combine milk and 33% cream in a proportion of 50/50.

3. Brew 100 milliliters of strong coffee.

4. Stir vanilla sugar (1 tsp) and powdered sugar 50-100 g (according to your taste) into hot coffee.

5. Add the swollen gelatin to the coffee.

6. Heat the coffee over low heat (do not boil), stirring occasionally, so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.

7. Next, combine the coffee with the milk part, stirring lightly so that there are no bubbles.

8. Pour into glass molds.

9. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours for stabilization.

10. Instead of sugar, you can also add condensed milk, adjusting the amount to your taste.
