On Instagram, cook Kateryna Mull shared a recipe for a delicious, healthy, and easy-to-make tuna, melted cheese, and sour cream spread.

Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna – 1 can
  • Green onions – a bunch
  • Processed cheese – 50 g or Philadelphia – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream or yogurt – 2 tsp
  • Ground pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the excess liquid from the tuna, and put it in a bowl.

2. Add cheese, chopped onion, yogurt, mix, and eat.

Delicious with a dried buckwheat baguette!
