If you are on a diet or have simply decided to give up sugar, but still want to eat delicious but healthy desserts, fruits, in particular bananas, as well as nuts and dates, are ideal. Natural cocoa, as well as cinnamon and dark chocolate, will add flavor to desserts.

Nutritionist Tatiana Lacusta shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious banana-chocolate dessert without flour, sugar, butter, eggs, or baking that will taste better than any cake.

Ingredients:

  • dark chocolate - 2 bars
  • bananas - 3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

2. Blend the bananas in a blender until smooth.

3. Mix the banana mixture with the chocolate, stir.

4. Put cling film in a suitable dish, grease with vegetable oil and pour the mixture, spread it evenly.

5. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 40 minutes and serve.
