No-flour pancakes with milk: elastic and do not tear apart
If you want to make successful pancakes without flour, you can replace this ingredient by adding a few more eggs and a little starch to the batter. It is best to use milk as the basis.
Food blogger Natalia Parkhomenko shared a recipe for thin flour-free pancakes with milk on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- salt
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- warm milk - 300 ml
- starch - 3 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add warm milk and mix.
3. Add starch and mix.
4. Finally, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. The batter should be lump-free. Leave it for 15 minutes.
5. Lightly grease a pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes as usual.
