Recipe for thin no-flour pancakes with milk

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • warm milk - 300 ml
  • starch - 3 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp.
Flour-free pancakes that never tear apart

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.

2. Add warm milk and mix.

3. Add starch and mix.

4. Finally, add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. The batter should be lump-free. Leave it for 15 minutes.

What to add to the batter

5. Lightly grease a pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes as usual.
