No flour, no gelatin, no baking: a curd dessert for those on a diet
If you decide to make a delicious, light, truly summer-like, and at the same time unusual dessert, this recipe will definitely become your favorite. The dessert is based on cottage cheese and milk. Be sure to add baking soda – it helps to achieve the perfect consistency and keep the shape. This dessert is not too high in calories, so it is suitable for those who follow a healthy diet or nutrition.
Food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese dessert on his Instagram page that doesn't require gelatin or baking.
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- milk - 40 ml
- sugar - 30 g
- baking soda - 1\2 tsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat cottage cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking soda in a blender until smooth.
2. Put the resulting mass in a water bath. Stirring constantly, cook until the mass becomes homogeneous and viscous. It will take about 4 minutes.
3. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and leave it to cool for 30 minutes.
4. Decorate as desired. As an option – chocolate and berries.
