No dough, no eggs, no baking: an easy summer panna cotta dessert made with cream and strawberries
If you want to make a delicious, summer-like dessert that is very tender and light, panna cotta is the perfect option.
The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for a very delicate, delicious summer dessert based on cream and strawberries.
Ingredients:
- 8 g gelatin + 60 g water
- 500 g of 33% cream
- 70 g of powdered sugar or condensed milk + 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 8 g gelatin + 60 g water
- 300 g of fresh berries - strawberries, cherries or others
- 2-3 tbsp of sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with water, and leave to swell.
2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar.
3. Melt the swollen gelatin and pour it into the cream, add the vanilla sugar, stir, and pour into the bowls. Leave in the refrigerator until it hardens.
4. Berry layer: add sugar and fresh washed berries to a saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil, boil for 3-4 minutes. Let cool slightly.
5. Add the gelatin to the berries, mix well to prevent the gelatin from clumping. Allow to cool until slightly warm, and then transfer to bowls on the already frozen white layer.
