No-dough lazy khachapuri with cheese and egg yolk
Khachapuri can be prepared with or without dough, replacing it with pita bread, for example. To make the dish juicy, do not spare the cheese.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious khachapuri, which is made without dough, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 3 pcs.
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- brundza - 200 g
- egg (yolks) - 3 pcs.
- parsley
- butter for greasing
- dry garlic, salt, paprika or Provence herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with mozzarella (if you want it to stretch), feta (but then try for salt) or any hard cheese, and mix into a smooth paste. Add spices to taste.
2. Cut off a part of pita bread, put the cheese mixture inside, brush the edges with oil and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Take it out, put the yolk in the middle and bake for another 5-10 minutes!
