No dough: healthy pie with cheese and vegetables
If you want to make a delicious pie, but don't want to use flour for cooking and making dough, you can easily replace it with pita bread and just vegetables. In summer, it is better to use fresh vegetables, fish, and seafood for the filling.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious pie made without dough on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Red fish (or sirloin trimmings) - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6-8 pcs.
- Mozzarella
- Salt
- Lemon pepper
- Dried basil
Method of preparation:
1. Put broccoli, fish, tomatoes, and cheese in a baking dish with parchment.
2. Mix eggs with cream, and spices and pour into the mold.
3. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
