No dough, eggs, sugar, flour: a delicious and healthy two-ingredient dessert
Homemade desserts can be made not only from dough, but simply by replacing it with, for example, bananas or cookies. Nuts, dried fruits, and condensed milk can be used as fillings.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious chocolate dessert without baking, dough, flour, or eggs.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 150 g of dark melted 56% chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the bananas with a fork or blender.
2. Melt the chocolate and add to the bananas, stir.
3. Pour the mixture into a suitable bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Sprinkle with cocoa when serving!
