Ingredients:

  • Flour - 130 g
  • Semolina - 160 g
  • Sugar - 210 g
  • Butter - 150 g
  • Apples - 7-8 pcs.
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Leavening agent - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients.
