Homemade pies can be prepared with any fillings and with any dough and even without. Apples are best for the filling, they can also replace the dough.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty apple bulk pie, which is very quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 130 g
- Semolina - 160 g
- Sugar - 210 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Apples - 7-8 pcs.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla sugar
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Grate the apples.
3. Place in a parchment-lined baking dish alternately: dry mixture - apples. Top with the dry mixture and the grated cold butter.
4. Bake the pie for 60 minutes at 180 C.
