No dough and baking: summer cottage cheese dessert with berries
In the summer, it is best to make delicious and light desserts, preferably not from dough, but from cottage cheese, jelly, or cookies. Add berries and fruits for a bright flavor.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and light cottage cheese dessert with berries and gelatin on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Sour cream / Greek yogurt - 300 g
- Lemon zest - 1 pc
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
- Gelatin - 15 g + water - 100 ml
- Berries or fruits - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
2. Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and lemon zest with an immersion blender. Add the melted gelatin and blend again until smooth.
3. Cover the baking dish with foil and grease with a drop of oil. Pour 1/2 of the curd mixture, put the fruit, and berries, and pour the remaining curd mixture.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
