Ingredients
- strawberries - 400-500 gr
- milk - 200 ml
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- sugar - 120 g
- gelatin - 15 g + 90 ml of water
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
1. Cut strawberries or other berries and fruits into cubes. Pour water over gelatin and set aside to swell.

2. Put cottage cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla or vanilla sugar in a blender bowl and beat until smooth.
3. Melt the gelatin in a steam bath or in a microwave oven for 30 seconds. Pour into the curd mass and beat again.
