Fresh fruits and berries will soon be available in markets and stores. These are the perfect ingredients for delicious sweet desserts. It's a great idea to make an attractive no-bake cake for the whole family. It combines shortbread cookies, delicate curd mass, and gelatin. All the ingredients freeze perfectly in the refrigerator.

The idea of making a cold cake without baking was shared by Olha Holovina (olha.holovina) on her Instagram page.

Ingredients for the first layer:

  • shortbread cookies "For coffee/tea" – 380 g (2 packs)
  • butter – 180 g

Ingredients for the second layer:

  • cottage cheese – 850 g
  • sugar – 180 g
  • gelatin – 15 g
  • water – 50 g
  • sour cream – 100 g

Ingredients for the third layer:

  • fruits and berries
  • jelly – 2 packs
  • water – 400 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the cookies in a blender or with a rolling pin.

2. Mix with butter at room temperature until smooth. The ingredients should stick to each other.

3. Cover the mold with parchment, and put a layer of the finished mass.

4. Tamp the cookies with butter.

5. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.

6. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes to swell.

7. Put on low heat and heat until completely dissolved, without boiling.

8. Remove from the stove, cool.

9. For the second layer, beat the cottage cheese with a blender.

10. Add sugar, sour cream and beat again.

11. Add gelatin and mix again.

12. Spread on a layer of cookies and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

13. When the curd has hardened, put different fruits or berries on it.

14. Dilute the jelly.

15. Pour hot boiled water over it, mix thoroughly, cool to room temperature, and pour the third layer on top of the fruit.
