No-bake Espresso chocolate cake: recipe for a quick dessert

That's exactly what the Espresso chocolate cake is - just the right amount of coffee, chocolate, and sweetness. Your guests will definitely appreciate it.

Ingredients:
For the base:
- almond flour - 2 tbsp
- pitted dates - 2 cups
- cocoa - 2 tbsp
- honey - 1 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- espresso - 2 tbsp
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- salt
For the top layer:
- coconut oil - 50 g
- cocoa - 4 tbsp
- honey - 3 tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- espresso - 2-5 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat all the ingredients for the base in a blender or with a food processor. Put the resulting mass into a mold. Tamp it down and put it in the freezer.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the second layer. Beat all the necessary ingredients with a fork until smooth.
3. Pour the resulting chocolate mass into the mold. Put the cake in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
4. For decoration, you can use lavender or coarse salt.
