Nutrition expert Lana Fore has shared a recipe for a delicious no-bake chocolate roll with tangerines that takes only 15 minutes to prepare on her website.

Ingredients:

  • peeled banana - 1 pc
  • biscuits - 100-200 g
  • cocoa - 2 tsp
  • 5% cottage cheese - 60-80 g
  • small tangerines - 3-4 pcs

Method of preparation:

Cookies.

1. Beat the cookies in a blender, add cocoa and banana, and beat again until smooth.

2. Put the dough on the parchment, cover with another sheet and roll out.

3. Remove the top sheet of paper and form a rectangular layer.

4. Peel the tangerines.

5. Spread the dough with cottage cheese, put the whole tangerines on top and roll tightly.

6. Be sure to grease the ends of the roll with cheese and wrap it tightly with paper on all sides.

7. Put the finished roll in the refrigerator for several hours.
