Chocolate cookies without baking from Svitlana Fus
Cookies don't always need to be baked. This dessert can be made very quickly without using the stove. Moreover, the dish will be dietary and healthy if you choose the right ingredients. The cookies will be light and tender, and they won't take much time to prepare.
Ukrainian nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a simple no-bake cookie idea on her Instagram page.
Chocolate cookies without baking
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate - 100 g
- oatmeal - 100 g
- milk - 130 ml
- orange zest (optional) - 1/2 tsp.
- cranberries or other berries
Chocolate can be dangerous
Method of preparation:
- Put a container of milk on the stove, put pieces of chocolate in it, and heat over low heat until the chocolate is melted. Stir constantly, do not boil.
- When the mass becomes homogeneous, remove it from the stove, add flakes, and zest, and mix well. The consistency should be thick, but not dry. Add a little more milk if necessary.
- Cover a flat plate with baking paper.
- Put a tablespoon of chocolate flakes on it and form cookies.
- Put a cranberry in the center of each one.
- Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- You can add something else as a filling, such as nuts for a better flavor.
