Oatmeal, walnuts, dried apricots, and citrus fruits are top foods for children. If you combine these ingredients in the right way, you can get a real treat.

The exclusive recipe shared with FoodOboz was created by pastry chef Victoria Vorokh. It's perfect for busy moms who don't have time to bake.

Ingredients for the base:

1. Oatmeal - 4 tbsp.

2. Walnuts - 100 g

3. Dried apricots - 100 g

4. Carob - 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for the curd mass:

1. Cream 33% - 500 ml

2. Cream cheese - 300 g

3. Carob - 3 tbsp.

4. Gelatin - 30 g (2 packages)

5. Bananas - 2 pcs. large

6. Oranges - 3 pcs.

7. Water - 120 liters

8. Natural vanilla extract - 5 drops.

Preparation of the base:

1. Rinse and dry the oatmeal and nuts. Throw them into a frying pan to dry and toast easily.

2. Rinse the dried apricots and cover with boiling water for 30 minutes.

3. Blend oatmeal and nuts. Add dried apricots and carob. Blend again.

4. Take a pastry ring with a diameter of 18 cm. Cover the bottom with foil. Put acetate or cling film inside the ring so that the cake can be easily separated.

5. Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the ring. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preparation of the curd mass:

1. Put the cream in the freezer for 30 minutes.

2. Mash banana, and mix with cream cheese.

3. Divide 2 packages of gelatin into 3 parts. One for the chocolate layer, one for the cream layer, and one for the orange layer. Pour 1/3 of the gelatin with water.

4. Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks, add the cream cheese and banana in parts, and continue whipping. Add vanilla extract. Mix well.

5. Divide the resulting curd mass into 2 parts.

6. Add 3 tbsp of carob to one part (best to sift through a sieve) and mix well.

7. Heat the swollen gelatin on the stove. Stir until it is completely dissolved. Do not bring to a boil. Pour the liquid through a sieve into the chocolate and cheese mixture. Stir well.

8. Pour the first layer into the pastry ring. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until it hardens.

9. Pour the second portion of gelatin with water. Heat and dissolve, pour through a sieve into the creamy mass, and stir. Pour over the chocolate layer.

10. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden.

10. Mash three large oranges. Rub through a sieve to remove any excess pieces.

11. Pour gelatin with water. Heat, dissolve, pour through a sieve, stir well.

12. Pour the orange puree over the top layer. Put in the refrigerator until completely set.

13. Garnish the cheesecake with seasonal fruits or berries.
