Ingredients

  • Young potatoes - 1 kg
  • Salt
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dill
  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Butter
  • Raclette cheese - 100 g (or Gouda, Camembert, Gorgonzola, Edam, Maasdam, Emmental_)

The method of preparation

1. Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.

2. Drain and remove excess moisture with napkins.

3. Pour oil into the frying pan and add butter. Pour in the potatoes and fry until golden brown.

4. Add chopped garlic and dill at the end.

5. Melt the cheese in a frying pan and pour over the potatoes when serving.

6. Serve the dish immediately and eat it before the cheese hardens.
