  • medium onion - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 200 g
  • cherry - 200 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • oil for frying the liver
  • flour for frying the liver

  • salt - to taste

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt and sugar - 1/2 tsp each
  • water - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
