Navy-style pasta with minced meat: a hearty dish for lunch and dinner
Navy-style pasta is a dish that never gets boring and is a great help when you have a minimal set of products at home. Traditionally, this pasta is cooked with minced meat and lightly fried vegetables. You can also add tomato sauce or pasta to spice it up.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- pasta - 250 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- water - 150-200 ml
- dill, parsley
- dried basil
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
2. Put the minced meat in the pan, season with salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat well to make it crumbly. Fry for about 10 minutes.
3. Add herbs, basil and tomato paste. Fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Boil the pasta until half cooked in salt water. Add to the minced meat.
5. Pour water and simmer under a closed lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
