When it comes to navy-style pasta, associations with childhood immediately arise. This dish used to be a frequent guest on the table, and even today it is prepared when you need something simple, fast, nutritious, and tasty. It seemed that you could hardly spoil navy pasta or serve it in a new way.

Celebrity chef Olha Martynovska shared a new interpretation of the Navy-style pasta recipe. It was posted on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Large pasta "shells" – 2 pcs.
  • Minced turkey – 200 g
  • Leek – 200 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Mozzarella – 100 g
  • Green onions

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the pasta until al dente.
  2. Chop the onion using the julienne method and fry in butter.
  3. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Fill the shell with the resulting mass. Put cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
