If you love Napoleon cake but don't like to cook, there is a way out - you can make this treat in a completely new way and very quickly. For example, add beer to it, make a cream without butter, which will make the taste of the treat reveal itself in a completely new way.

Cook Tetiana Litvinova shared a recipe for an unusual, delicious Napoleon on her YouTube channel, which is very easy to prepare.

How to cook a delicious napoleon

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Butter - 200 g
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Beer - 50 ml
  • Salt - a pinch

Cream:

  • Milk - 1200 ml
  • Wheat flour - 50 g
  • Corn starch - 40 g
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Yolks - 3 pcs.
  • White chocolate - 120 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Dough: sift 200 g of flour, add grated butter, salt and 50 ml of beer, mix well with your hands, then transfer to a board and chop with a knife.
  2. Use your hands to form a roll and cut into slices, roll into balls, sprinkle with a little flour, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. After that, roll them out well so that they are very thin and put them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cream: heat the milk in a saucepan.
  5. Beat two egg whites and 3 egg yolks, add sugar and beat well, add vanilla sugar, and mix again.
  6. Pour in a little milk, add flour and starch, and mix well.
  7. As soon as the milk boils, pour the finished egg mixture in a thin stream and stir until it thickens.
  8. Then add the white chocolate, stir into the finished cream and cover with cling film.
  9. To assemble the cake: put the cream on top of the first layer and press it down well with a mold, and sprinkle the remaining edges on the cake.
  10. You can even eat the finished dessert right away, but it is better to refrigerate it for a few hours.
