Champignons are delicious and the most elementary mushrooms to prepare. They can be pickled, added to salads, baked with cheese, fried with potatoes, and added to soups, and made into a delicious julienne. And don't forget that they can also be cooked as an independent dish.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared on his website a recipe for a delicious appetizer that you can prepare in just 30 minutes – champignons with cheese and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms – 400 g
  • Feta – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Parsley – 5 sprigs
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, and clean the mushrooms, separate the legs from the caps, and set aside only the caps.

2. Put them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170-180°C.

3. Be sure to let them cool completely afterward.

4. Finely chop or grate the garlic.

5. Mix the feta with the garlic and chopped parsley.

6. You can stuff the mushroom caps with the filling, but you can also just mix the mushrooms with the filling, stir, and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
