Mushrooms in bacon on the grill: making the right marinade
Mushrooms in bacon on the grill are a great addition to a barbecue. It is an incredibly juicy, tender and flavorful dish that is easy to prepare and will impress everyone with its interesting taste.
Food blogger Olha Ryabenko knows exactly how to cook mushrooms in bacon on the grill. On Instagram, she told us what marinade to use to make the mushrooms perfect.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 6 pieces
- Bacon raw-boiled or raw-smoked - 12 pieces
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 g
Ingredients for the marinade
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- BBQ spices
- Smoked paprika
Method of preparation
1. Wash the mushrooms and peel off the stems.
2. Add all the ingredients for the marinade to the mushrooms and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Dice the cheese and put a piece in each mushroom.
4. Wrap the mushroom in two slices of bacon and thread on a skewer.
5. Fry on the grill until golden brown.
