Ingredients:
- Champignons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Paprika
- Soy sauce
- Grated cheese
For the mayonnaise:
- Sunflower oil - 200 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the mayonnaise. To do this, beat all the necessary ingredients with a blender.
2. Add soy sauce, paprika, and garlic to mayonnaise. Mix well.
3. Peel the mushrooms and add to the marinade.
4. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Liquid for cooking:
- Water - 2 liters
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve salt and citric acid in water.
2. Pour the mushrooms, put on fire, and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Grind the rest of the ingredients with a knife or a blender.
4. Rinse the mushrooms with cold water and let them drain.
5. Put the mushrooms in a jar, pour the marinade over them, and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
