Cook Polina shared a recipe for a light homemade soup with melted cheese and mushrooms on Instagram, which is prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- chicken
- potatoes
- onion
- carrot
- mushrooms
- processed cheese
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken fillet, cut it.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, cut the mushrooms into slices, and fry everything until golden brown.
3. Dice the potatoes, add them to the broth, add the roast, fillets, melted cheese, spices and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Serve the soup hot, you can add herbs.
