Mushroom soup with cream: a signature recipe from a nutritionist

MUSHROOM SOUP
Ingredients
- mushrooms - 500 gr,
- onion - 1 pc,
- garlic - 2 cloves,
- cream 10% - 40 gr,
- salt and ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation.
Peel and chop the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. As soon as the onion is soft, add the garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Stir everything together. Add water and cook the soup for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
After 20 minutes, use a blender to grind the soup to a puree consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, add cream and fresh herbs to the plate.
