Mushroom sauce with spinach for all dishes: a simple recipe
If you want to make a delicious sauce for many dishes, choose mushrooms and cream. Mushrooms go well with fresh spinach, which will make the dish light and tender.
Chef Tatiana Sheremet shared a recipe for a delicious mushroom sauce on Instagram, which is easy to prepare and will complement any dish.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 600 g
- cream - 200 ml (30%)
- mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- spinach - 50-100 g
- salt, pepper, hot pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
2. Dice onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and hot pepper to taste.
3. Fry everything over high heat until the liquid evaporates.
4. Filling: mix the cream with mustard and pour the sauce over the mushrooms, mix well.
6. Finally, add the fresh spinach and cook for a few minutes.
