The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for stuffed zucchini with minced meat, onions, tomatoes and spices.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 600 g
  • Chicken fillet - 500 g
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Water - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into rings, cut out the core.

2 Make mincemeat from meat and zucchini leftovers.

3. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot. Fry in vegetable oil until golden.

4. Add spices to the stuffing with zucchini, mix thoroughly.

5. At the zucchini ring lay out the stuffing, top with fried vegetables. Add tomato rings on top, pour water over them.

6. Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
