Ingredients for the sponge cake:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g + vanilla sugar - 10 g
- oil - 150 ml.
- milk - 50 ml.
- flour - 300 g
- baking powder - 10-12 g
- apples - 4 pcs.
- cinnamon - 1 tsp (optional)
Ingredients for the cream:
- sour cream - 400 g
- sugar - 100 g
- juice and zest - 1/2 lemon
- thickener - 1 sachet
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add oil and milk, mix well.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and knead into a thick dough.
4. Add the finely chopped apples.
5. Put the dough into a baking dish covered with parchment and oiled with vegetable oil.
6. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. For the cream, beat sour cream and sugar for 2 minutes.
8. Add lemon zest and juice, mix well.
9. Pour in the thickener, mix well.
10. Cut the cake into 2-3 pieces and spread with cream.
11. To make the cake flatter, put the top layer down and make the bottom layer the top of the cake.
12. This cake only needs to soak for 2 hours and is ready to eat.
