Moldovan-style stuffed peppers: what to add to the filling
This recipe for stuffed peppers in the oven is very original and unusual. The filling in the form of cottage cheese and spicy green onions goes very well with the juicy crispy peppers. Although it is simple, it is also very tasty, hearty and, most importantly, quick.

Ingredients:
- peppers - 5-7 pcs
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- green onions - a small bunch
- egg - 1 pc
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil
1. Remove the center of peppers. Salt and pepper.
2. Mix cheese, egg and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stuff the peppers. Drizzle the peppers with oil.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
